We may help the customer to select a near pick-up station. If customer would like to delivery package to designated location directly, please state it in the comment box or call our customer service hot-line to update delivery information. To appreciate customer purchase, the extra cost charged by the SF express company will be on Pro Living's treat. If customer has a preference in choosing a specific pick-up store of convenience, please input the pick up station address instead.
Once the product is delivered, our customer service Coordinator will contact you with the SF Delivery no.
Walk-in pick up
Once customer package is delivered, our customer service coordinator will contact you to come by our store to receive your ordered items.
Please be aware that customer should bring the notification receipt and order reference no. to clarify and facilitate package pick-up process.

Return & Exchange Policy
14 - Days return and exchange
If customer is not satisfied with ordered product, customer can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to our store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Pro Living cannot accept exchange or return of previously assemble, damaged items after unpackaging and discounted items.
Pro Living will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with credit card, please bring the corresponding credit card with you.
Pro Living reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
